Website privacy
Clear measurement.
Private by design.
HearQuest places the Google tag in restricted consent mode, with Analytics and advertising storage denied by default. Page-view and contact events begin only after a visitor chooses to allow Analytics. The purpose is to understand which general website sections and contact options help people reach our team.
What Analytics may record
- Anonymous page-view categories such as homepage, services, or appointment request
- Clicks to call, text, email, or open the appointment-request page
- General device, browser, traffic-source, and geographic reporting provided by Google Analytics
What we do not send to Analytics
- Your name, phone number, email address, city, ZIP code, or form answers
- Symptoms, diagnoses, insurance information, medical records, or treatment details
- Questions entered into the HearQuest website guide
Your choice
If you select “No thanks,” Analytics storage remains denied and the website does not send page-view or contact events. Your choice is saved in your browser. Clearing browser storage will show the choice again.
Appointment requests
Contact and scheduling details submitted through the appointment-request form are handled separately in HearQuest's Google Workspace. They are not copied into Google Analytics.
